Should time allow, we love to recommend an alternative route from Harrismith, which will take you past Spionkop Dam and beautiful views of Northern Berg. By taking this alternative route, you avoid much of the heavy traffic on the N3, along with toll roads. The route takes you via Bergville and Winterton, where you will rejoin the N3 at Exit 194.
